Run time options selected for PD are:

  1. USE_HTML is selected
  2. TIME_TAGS is not selected
  3. REVERSE_ARROWS is not selected 
          Dumping "sns_vl.cap" a 752 byte file.
          Change "Vloss Alarm" field in the "Camera" tab from the MGR, then Save and Send the change.
	  Note: CC1 sends Matrix Update header (0xCF) to update all five cameras in that particular 
		block. However, the 0xCF header does NOT carry any "Vloss Alarm" info. The CC1 just 
		update everything regarding the camera.
